Dr Jacobs and the entire staffs are the best dentist i have ever visited both in Mount Vernon and majority of the dental offices i have been to. Am very careful and picky with dentist when it comes to my kids and I. Mind you there are the only dentist my kids love going to. The staffs especially the Receptionist at the from desk is the best. Dr Jacobs and his other professional dentist always make sure my kids are safe and okay when it comes to dealing with their dental procedures and dental work. I love going there and i also trust them with my teeth and that of my kids. Thank you so much guys. Keep the great work..

Please stay away if you know what is best for you. Having spoken to a few of his clients while waiting for the office to open I have reason to believe that there is some sort of extraction scheme going on. If you're looking for cavity filling please stay away from Dr. Jacob (if you must keep this office as your primary dentist due to cost) you're better off going to his other Dentists because at least they're forthright and I've never had any issues prior to him. He will pretend to be saving your tooth in order for you not to suspect his real intent which is to send you in for a extraction. The receptionist "acting Dentist" and I say that because she actually gives him advice as if she is one; when in reality she is incompetent as it gets and I'm putting that nicely. The gaslighting is surreal and not to mention the length she would go to cover up his negligence. The condescending manner in which she speaks to others (which may appear to some like she is sweet but don't let it fool you) office hours and the lack of proper communication don't get me started on that. To keep it short and to the point I would advice you to please stay clear.

I take my daughter here and we love Dr. Jacobs. Lucy is always so welcoming and makes her feel super comfortable. We don’t have to wait long and Dr. Jacobs makes sure to communicate what we need to do to keep her teeth in check. Great staff :)

I didn’t wait long, which is always important to me; so that is why I gave this Dental office 2 stars. I actually didn’t see the dentist, which is weird to me. The “cleaning” was the most bizarre cleaning I’ve ever had. She picked at a few teeth and then shined them. No floss. No rinse. No waterpick. I left feeling like I needed to go home and floss my teeth in order to get them truly clean. Very nice people but I will not return.

Not easy finding a dentist who genuinely cares, takes pride in his work and does a great job. Dr. Jacobs is that dentist: I feel very fortunate to be his patient. His right-hand woman, Lucy, also goes above and beyond to take care of all the many issues that come with a busy office–and she does so with an uncommon graciousness. Such a pleasure to interact with Dr. Jacobs and his entire staff, really.
